Kreg Pocket hole system and Festool Vacs...

I wrapped the nozzle on the hood with several wraps of electrical tape and use the 36mm hose.  Works like a champ and virtually free.

This is an old thread.  These days there is the Bosch VAC003 adapter for less than $5 from Amazon.  Perfect fit in the K5, but I think it shares the 1 1/4" size with the K3.

Just got one of these Bosch adapters off eBay and it fits the dust port on a K5 good and its a tight fit but it fits in/on the 27mm and 36mm Festool hoses.

The vacuum end of brush attachment that comes with the Festool vacs fits the Kreg jig port perfectly then the tool nozzle of the 27mm Festool hose just happens to fit snugly in the brush end of the attachment.  Works great and once I found out about this I stopped looking for another adapter to fit the Festool hose to my Kreg jig.  I don't have a picture handy, but once you know to try it it's really easy.

I can't remember the name but there's a rigid hose reducer that fits perfectly, off the shelf from home depot... just look for the right size.
