My KS60 has an original rubber dust shute which has become ripped due to use. I thought I would buy a new one but the new replacement cloth type is £20 retail in the UK!
I have now made my own replacement from the tote bag supplied by Festool at their road shows. I thought it was only right as they are not much use for anything else!
I cut 3 pieces of cloth to the same shape as the original. My good wife sewed them together along the top where the mounting bracket fits. I then used the original as a template to cut the mounting holes.
The new shute fits perfectly and is more flexible than the original. It should last a long time and be easily replaced
