Hi All,

I was looking for a way to add labels to my Systainers.  I found the Tanos pkg, at $15 for 5 labels.  I thought that this was too expensive, so I started looking for other options.

It turns out that business cards will work.  You will have to trim off about 1/8" (0.125") for them to fit.  But it will work.

In this case, I used blank cards from Avery, and ran them thru my printer.

I use teslin ID cards with pictures, etc. of what is in the systainer, laminate them with ID pouches, then cut them ever so slightly to fit.  A bit of double stick tape in back and they stay in the systainer's slot without popping out.

Much easier to just use these inkjet PVC cards:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L0WV9Z6

They're the exact same size as the Festool labels, print beautifully and are nice & sturdy.

I also use the PVC ID cards since my inkjet printer could take the adapter tray to print them.  I made a simple template with MS Publisher and labels are quick and easy to make.  My eyes need a larger font size than on the standard Festool labels and the PVC ID cards work well for that along with pics of the contents in the systainer.

My wife is happy about that because I had previously been using her laminator and supplies for labels.
