Print your logo inverted horizontally on a laser printer (has to be toner based) and put text down on a piece of wood. Add heat from the top with a variety of tools like a soldering iron, wood burning iron or the like.
If the print sticks add a little bit of heat and it releases giving you a cool logo you can varnish over.
This works the same way the printer prints on the paper the first time. By adding heat to the toner on the paper you release it on the wood.
