These look so awesome that I don't think I'll even want to use anything in it! I'll make a sorry attempt to make "duplicates" for the shop, truck, trailer, and boat... and the one you send me will be on display and say "please do not touch - not for actual use!" [tongue]

If you're looking for contents to make your own, I will have a FEW items for sale after the kits ship. It was cheaper to buy case quantities on some items, so I will have some extras of things like bandages and some medications. I may even have a few of the Med Boxes available.

How convenient it is that the cooltainer can be stacked on top of the First aid kit! (as far as hangovers go!)

The wait is almost over!
Here is an 'almost final' picture of the First Aid Systainer contents:

Included but not pictured:
Splinter Out
Transpore Tape
(Both items were on backorder, but supposedly have shipped.)
I also did a listing of what I planned for initially, and what is in the final kit:

As you can see, the total initial quantity of items was going to be 225, while the final quantity ended up being 336 - basically 50% more! Now, granted, several of those items are pretty inexpensive, but overall there were some additional costs. I wanted these kits to be PERFECT...and I think I came pretty close!
Anyway, the kits will begin shipping on Tuesday, assuming I have the last straggler items by then!

Nice list of items! This kit is going to be nice.
Not sure if you're using part of the same list as an insert in the systainer, but I noticed one typo a few lines down from the top ["tainless" instead of "stainless"]. Just wanted to let you know before you start printing up.

Those are the first four completed kits, just waiting for the splinter-outs to arrive (the transpore tape arrived). Once it does, they're ready to ship - finally!
I have handled around 2,000 of the 10,000+ bandages that I need to package up. I'll continue working on them this weekend, in between some 'honey-do' projects.

This post is about Additions and Cost Overruns.
Many (most?) of you have offered to send additional funds to cover the additions and cost overruns. While those offers are very generous and greatly appreciated, I hesitated until I could pull together the details - which I have now done.
The short version is that the kit includes 348 items instead of the original 225 - over 50% more items. The extra cost per kit is $25.51. I am including a pdf with the details in you want to peruse it:

I want to make this perfectly clear - I built the kit that *I* would want, so I am not expecting anyone to send more money.
I alone am responsible for the additional costs, and I realize that for some people this might already be an expensive kit and they can't afford more. So please understand that I will be shipping the kits to everyone who ordered and paid for them - period. Don't be concerned if you can't or choose not to send more.
Yes, everyone will receive additional benefit from the added and upgraded items, so if you *want* to send me the difference...well, I would greatly appreciate it. Since I like round numbers, let's call the overage $25 even.
Some of you have even offered to send MORE to cover those who can't or won't. I can't tell you how generous your offer is, and if you want to cover someone else I will accept a total donation of up to $50. I will not accept payments of more that $50 since I just wouldn't feel right doing so.
One final note - I don't want anyone to feel pressured to send more money, so I will not post who submitted an additional payment, nor in what amount. If you want to post here that you sent additional funds so that I know about in case PayPal screws up, fell free to do so. Your choice.

I got no issue with that.
I do 'value added' stuff for clients regularly when I think this is how I would want it. Some clients will offer to pay more, I tell them they owe me pastries. Has to be from a pastry shop, no chain store crap allowed. Its pretty funny how educational or frustrating that simple request can be.
