You guys are AMAZING! I have already received payments or promises from over a dozen people - after only 48 hours - and on a holiday weekend no less! And FIVE of those were for more than the $25 needed to cover the cost increase. All I can say is

My buddy's girlfriend is a nurse, I can't wait to show her my First Aid Systainer. This thing looks like it's going to be significantly better than her big red first aid bag she carries around with her!

PayPal didn't cooperate for 3pedalMini and I yesterday, but it worked today and
The first First Aid Systainer has shipped!
He should receive it on Friday, and I'm sure he'll report back to everybody when he can.
A couple of notes for everybody who has ordered one.
1. I will be shipping at least 3 more by the end of the week. I'll post when they ship - and to whom.
2. The kit that 3pedalMini had originally signed up for has been offered to another FOGger and has already been paid for.
3. These kits are PACKED! So much so that the lid will only close properly when it is assembled exactly as designed. In fact, I turned my prototype kit upside down and on end, then examined it to see what happened. Basically a few bandaids moved in the lid, but nothing inside seems to have even shifted. YMMV, so I don't recommend doing this to yours - but we all know it could happen so I tested it.
Back to counting and packaging bandages...only 4,000 or so left to go!

You're gonna LOVE this update...
Over the last 18 days I have spent more than 150 hours working on the First Aid kits. That includes counting, bagging, labeling, packing, etc.
[attachimg=#] Image 1. The Contents List. I only re-did this 57 times (probably not exaggerating). I thought I was done yesterday until my lovely bride said "are you really gonna ship this with all these typos"? About a dozen more revisions and now I like how it looks. This is printed on heavy stock, inserted into a page protector, and taped to the inside of the lid.

[attachimg=#] Image 3. Spare Dividers. Unpack your kit CAREFULLY. I had extra dividers for both the lid-sort area, and the Med Box. I put them in a plastic bag and dropped them into the box just before sealing it up. Be sure you look for it before you throw out the packaging.
[attachimg=#] Image 4. Ready to ship! This is the one you're gonna love! That's the first dozen kits ready to be dropped off at FedEx...which I did tonight.
If you provided me with an email address, you will receive a notification directly from FedEx with tracking info. I've already heard from one FOG'ger that they have received shipment notification. I don't have the list of who I shipped to n this computer, but I will post the list later tonight.
Kits were shipped in the order they were spoken for. If yours wasn't in the first batch, don't worry - I will be shipping more next week! My new goal is to have all kits shipped by the end of the month, so check back here for updates.
