I recently purchased a set of edge banding router bits and tried them out to create a board with chevrons.  I think it came out pretty well for a first attempt.  It's pretty time consuming with the CMS-GE router set up so the next time I decide to make some for sale, I'm going to cut a bunch of strips so I can make several at at a time.
