Least expensive option for offset/eccentric head?

I have probably 2 dozen drills and impact drivers (more if you count impact Wrenches!) so I don't really need another one, but I can see many uses for the offset/eccentric head. It doesn't appear to be available to purchase separately, so what's the least expensive way to end up with one?

OK, next stoopid question - can you use this with the Centrotec adaptor, or only with a Centrotec drill/driver?

I don't think it will work with just the adapter since it screws onto the drill with that gray collar in the picture. Atleast on a Ti15 it only fits the impact-removal collar - not the drill body directly.

Don't own one do can't say I've tried - I bought a CXS instead since it's body is so narrow that it doesn't need an eccentric adapter and is smaller & lighter to hold in tight spaces than a T/C-series drill...

The end uses standard 1/4 bits (not ball detent).  The head will only fit on the Festool drills (not including the CXS which doesn't need one like this due its size.)  The large silver ring locks the head to the Festool drills allowing for locking in different positions.
