Bad subject line but I think a diagram that plotted all of the Festool Drills along an x-axis and capabilities along the y-axis to visually "see" how each tool is suited for a range of tasks. Of course Festool would like you to own "one of each" and I would certainly like to own "one of each" but from an information design POV, plotting a range of tools in this fashion would make it easier for people to decide what tool to use and where the boundary cases lie. For example, where does the CXS begin to work outside of its design zone versus a T-12+3 etc. and maybe even scope it out to the ProTools category of impact drivers and such.

I'd also love to see an "ecosystem" diagram of all the Festools and how they are all designed to work sychronously.

in their catalog they have these charts, at least for sanders i am sure. with columns for each different task, and the suitability of the sander. but it's kind of useless, they can't really say if you buy this tool X it is only really good at this specific task. but instead it says things like the ETS 125 is good for everything besides heavy sanding on rough wood...

I'm not sure if such a chart is really usefull. It is not as if all Festool drills have their own specific characterisitics, they greatly overlap each other, with emphasis on "greatly".
