Thank you. On the floor lamps they run down the back. Some of the smaller table lamps are drilled.

Ron, very cool use of smaller chunks of beautiful wood. Where did you come by the slabs?

If you haven't already check out Full Circle WoodWerks, John has a lot of great timber. There was also an article in the Press recently about a new mill opening near Hammonton, sounds like they are focusing on local timber including white cedar.

I recently added a MIG to the shop, it's nice to be able to work steel again. I'd forgotten how versatile & forgiving it is.

Thanks. I work with a local to me (southern Illinois) sawyer. He does an “urban logging” operation. Mostly wind fallen and trees that need to be removed.

Yes, welding is fun for me. It’s the grinding and the wire brushing that isn’t  [eek]

Although I did get a full face shield to keep from picking the wires out of my cheeks.  [big grin]
