You could also reach out to Owl Hardwoods in Chicago area.  They have some great live edge pieces that would work for a tabletop.

It's been a few years since I lived in MI, but Bell Forest Prod.s in the UP( They ship anywhere ). Steve's Sawmills in Delton & Elenbass in Holland & K'zoo they have S4S,trim & plywoods (They mill there own stock, so they may have an idea).
