From a draft of the profile I made, you can see the important bits are the groove at ~0.22" x 0.5", the radius is measured to be around 3/32". The shaker style angle should be 15 degrees per norm but my trace came out to be around 12.5 degrees so I don't believe this too much.

I am having trouble locating any shaker style bit set with the 3/32" radius.

Any help?

You can easily add the radius after cutting the pieces with a round over bit.  The really small radius bits use solid carbide guides (no separate bearings).  It is a extra step, but it would go quickly.  Whiteside makes a 1/16” and a 1/8”, but no 3/32nd inch.  So your search will continue.

I add that radius, but not to the joint areas.  I clamp the rails and stiles and add the radius while it is clamped.  You can’t do that with the router mounted in the router table.

I'm cutting down some existing cabinets I have so i'm trying to salvage as much of the existing door and use the old wood to get a rail from it. I thought it would be easy but when I look at the profile, I see this rounded radius!
