Loosening Bits on Domino DF500

I haven't figured out why, but sometimes it takes a lot of force to remove the bits from the Domino DF500.  The wrench is short and narrow so it is difficult to exert the force sometime required to loosen the bit.  What strategies do you use to loosen the bit?

By the way, I install the bit with the wrench, but only with light-moderate force.

When you install the bits, you only need very light force, little more than hand-tight.  The action of the machine causes it to tighten ever so slightly as its used, so you will need to exert enough pressure to break it free.  There's always a noticeable "crack" sound when it does break free.  This is nothing to worry about.

I only use the wrench to loosen an installed bit and it hasn't been at all difficult so far.

Every now and then, I lightly oil the thread.
