THE rods for the parallel adjustment in my LR32 kit are losing their markings. Almost impossible to set it now due to the condition of the millimeter marking. I haven't used it THAT much. They appear to be printed onto the rods instead of etched? Nothing in the systainer is rolling around, and the way is all fits in there, the rods don't rub against anything. Anyone else have this problem?

Not me and I use mine a lot. I
Have you called festool service or your dealer yet?

I have 2 sets of those stops.
I bought a extra set so i can adj them once. one set at 35mm te other at 22mm for hinges. I am going to buy a couple extra end stops so I will be able to do 2 cabinets at the same to me

Mine are 3 yrs old and used a lot, but not having this happen.  I wouldn't hesitate to give Festool service a call.  Possibly a bad run of markings.  It is difficult enough as is to see the markings to begin with (to me) and if they wore off, that would be bad.

Mine are fine too.

The rods are somewhat strange though as of being massively massive, compared to everything else from Festool.

They called me to tell me they were sending one rod they had in stock. Next month, they will send the other. I just received the first one this past week.

update on the rods. I have received repacements for both rods. My problem is solved. New idea, place the new rod next to the old rod and transfer the markings with a fine sharpie, then using a dremel tool, and thin cut off abrasive, etch the marking in my old rods.
