Picked up the LR 32 system yesterday, I've already got the OF1400 so it wasn't too much of an outlay.

Unpacked it today so I could have a play, wow what a fantastic piece of kit and as usual the accuracy is up to Festool standard.

Another good buy. thanks Festool.

i'm curious about that as well,

There are some good websites that explain how to use the festool LR32, as usual you can't count on the festool manual to explain you anything practical. (besides the initial setup of the jig, which is surprisingly well explained) It's a good thing i had internet on my smartphone in the workshop when i first used my LR32, otherwise i would have been completely lost.

Which one did you go for the full monty?

No I didn't go for the full monty as I had all the other bits, all I have to do now is order a systainer 1 from Slingers with the foam insert and I'm set.

Timtool

I found Brice's video on the use of the LR 32 very helpful, I think without it I might have struggled.

I have asked Peter at slingers to get me the insert for the t-loc But I have not heard back from them yet so dont know if its possible.

but if they can get me one I will sell my classic lr32

Excellent system. Just take time to think out the use. Mark positions and practice with scrap pieces and then you will have a great time using this fantastic system. I LOVE mine!

You're going to love the LR32 system!  I use it with my OF1010 and I was fortunate enought to be in the class that Brice did the demo of his batch processing panel method with the parallel guides added.  Like Sedgley kept telling us, "it's a system."
