Some advice needed. Please see pictures of my typical style cornice that I make for the kitchens that I build.
Without spindle moulder and power feed. I hand push through router table using feather boards as steady as I can.
I still get a little bit of chatter on the timber, so far for the concave I wrap sand paper around a tube of silicone ;) works reasonably well.
Thinking of getting LS 130 with the convex and concave pads. Thoughts?
Sanders so far. ETS 150, 125 and RO 90

Using it on this kitchen...I'll update as I go.

The concave pad should would work on the round over (the one typically used on handrails), but on the cove, you would probably have to make your own profile from the DIY pad.  Have you tried the RO90 with an interface pad on the latter  one yet?

Don't own the interface pad, but will get one and see how I go. Cheaper option, great.

The LS130 will do those profiles very well. As Ed said, you will probably want to make a custom profile for the cove especially if you do a lot of it. But the larger radius ready made might do it with a little up down sweeping motion thrown in. In general the LS130 is a real good fit for that type of profile.

Not to hijack the thread, but are the cabinets going to be painted green? If so what is the color?

Thanks,

Jim
