If Leigh was in danger of shutting down due to aging of the family that owns it, I see this as a good thing. I see a lot of synergy between the two companies.

The way I read it, Lee Valley would be the big dog.
With a well-known name like Leigh, I would hope that they leave it alone, as a brand under their umbrella.
