Thank you for the feedback.
Basically I spent an hour searching the web for pictures I could use and made a photoshop template. I printed onto photopaper and put it through a thermal laminator. It's been my experience that my laminates come loose after time (at least mine do).
Also, due to the laminating, the cards have a tendency to curl up and fall out of the recess. So I still use the provided festool matte card cover to hold it all in place. Works fine. Because I've scaled everything up, there's no unnecessary clutter and legibility is still good.
I've updated the first post with a link to an English PDF. Just in case there's others who like them. If there's demand, I might make some for other tools as well.
About the cart, I haven't used it all that much, but for the times I did, it seemed sturdy enough. Definately easier than carrying 15 or so systainers by hand.
For the money though, I wish it wasn't completely made of plastic.
Other than the recesses on the sides, where you're supposed to store a rail, I have no complaints. On my particular unit, there's a little lip in the middle. These prevent you from sliding the rail into the slots. Don't know if it's just a production error on my unit or if it's the same for all. I've made a post about it earlier in the systainer portion of the forum.
