Maxi Systainer fits the CMS-TS55R module

As I do not have this NAINA item nor do I use it I do not know about the perfect fit of this module in the Sys Maxi.....

The Sys Maxi 2 (NAINA) should be great for the CMS-TS module. Again I have no idea what I am talking about.....

Actually I have to retract the CMS-TS comment. Does NOT fit based on the underside interfering with the recess on both side. Just found out tonight....

Just to clear up any confusion (because I certainly had some myself), my understanding from delving into the depths of the forum and a related comment, is that Slartibartfass meant to type "CMS-PS" (instead of "CMS-TS") in the above retraction. While its clear from his photos (and one other's) that the CMS-TS 55 module does in fact nest inside a Maxi 3 (and, it stands to reason, inside a Maxi 2 as well), the CMS-PS (the CMS jigsaw module) does not, at least not without first, "...shav[ing] of[f] a tiny bit of metal on the bottom from the back cross brace on both sides (maybe an eighth of an inch)." I wonder why Festool keeps this storage solution such a secret? It's almost as though they don't want to, at the very least, sell a couple of Sys-Maxi's to every CMS GE and TS owner....

Since the CMS-TS 75 is NAINA I had a friend of mine bring one from the UK. I already had the CMS-GE for my routers, so the CMS-75 TS was perfect for a portable table saw. To store the additional top I used a Maxi Systainer and the only modifications necessary were to cut several tabs off either side of the Maxi Systainer. In addition foam pads were used in the lid to keep the table secure.[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3]

I did something similar that was posted a while ago, used Kaizen foam.[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3] Has work out brilliantly when taking to site, also did it with the router set up.

Ordewin- I'm not sure if it's a 2 or 3. How do you tell the difference? The Systainer is 8" high. I'm going to follow your lead and put in a foam insert to hold the loose items.

...it's a Maxi III (which stands 210mm tall). Please verify.

The tall one out of the two is ~8.5" high (and 6-1/4"wish for the smaller one).
