May - What a month for the FOG!

The FOG is growing and people are noticing.  People all over the world.  Membership is growing at a steady rate.  We are seeing more international members.  We are seeing more first time posters.  How do we know?

Sometime around 5:00 AM EST today the forum had its 1,000,000 page view for the month of May.  This is the first time we have crossed over that mark for a month, although we have come close before.

Earlier this month we had our 20,000,000 page view since Matthew established the FOG using this software in January 2007.  Note:  The total number of page views has doubled in the last 15 months.

And on May 23, 2010, DeanSocial made the 100,000 post here.  Sorry Dean - no prize.  But congratulations!

So, thank you to the members for making this internet community what it is.  Thank you for asking questions and sharing knowledge with members and guests alike.  Thank you for welcoming new members and making them feel at home. Without you this place would not be the same.  [thumbs up]

Awesome! Go FOG!! Being a new memeber I am surprised that it isn't more popular, the people are kind and this place is a wealth of information.

Hey everyone, sorry for my recent absence here on the forum but I've been traveling the past week and a half.  First on business and now visiting family for the holiday weekend.

Anyway, I wanted to pop in and express my gratitude for the forum members and moderators for making the forum so successful.  We have seen a lot of great growth over the past year since having taken ownership of the forum.  I get a lot of personal satisfaction from knowing that the forum is serving its members well.  I have been a member of the FOG since about 2006 when it was hosted on Yahoo Groups.  So I have been able see experience the evolution of the forum over the years.

Happy Memorial Day to our veterans  [not worthy] (and everyone else) and thanks to everyone for their contributions here!
