MB 40 Mobile Drilling Attachment

After seeing a couple of pictures of the MB 40 Mobile Drilling Attachment in action is was wondering: Using the MB 40, How difficult would it be to replicate the exact spacing of an MFT?
Someone else has probably already thought of this, but it would be interesting to see what others think.

I use the Parf Guide system (and have for years) to make replacement MFT tops. That's the system to use right there if you value accuracy.
