Metal Dowel connectors for Table umbrellas

My Son dropped the umbrella and dented the metal connector that connects the dowels together.  I can find tons of umbrellas for sale but no replacement parts.
Does anyone have any suggestions or know where to get them etc.

You might want to check the OD of the dowels, then go to your plumbing supplier to see if they have a connector whose ID is the same as or slightly smaller than the OD of the dowels.  You can always sand down the dowels to fit.

Not quite sure what part you're looking for but my previous search for parts for my own patio umbrella problem was futile, found nothing and would have had to have the part made and it was cheaper to just buy a new umbrella.
