I am going to be doing some through Domino work where the ends will be exposed. I want to make my own tenons in contrasting colors and with a precision fit. To do that, it seems like I am going to need either bullnose or roundover bits in metric sizes. I just bought a bit from Axminster and received outstanding service. I went to the site to get the metric roundovers only the find the roundovers they have are metric measured versions of regular inch sizes. Festool's UK site is really hard to navigate for their router bits.

Does anyone know where I can find bullnose or roundover bits in metric sizes? Specifically, 2.5mm and 3mm radius.

CMT metric bits are available from the Amazon Global Store or from the Amazon.co.uk website.

The Festool radius bits with replaceable inserts are.
1 mm....499811
1.5 mm....499810
2 mm....499809
3 mm....499808

I have and use the 1 mm Festool bit, it’s really nice.  [smile]

[member=7266]jeffinsgf[/member] - you don't need metric bits to make your own dominos. Use the search function to find the several threads that deal with DIY dominos and in one or more of them you'll find a list of the comparable Imperial size roundover bits that will produce the various sizes of dominos.
