MFK Horizontal base

Having owned the MFX for about a year now. I finally had a need to us the horizontal base. I grabbed my go to trim bit only to find that it was to long. What is the recommended bit size for the horizontal base? From my deduction a 1/2" x 1/2" seems to fit but, I thought I would ask other users

The bit that fits for this is Part # 491666.  It's 19mm in diameter and 16mm in cutter length.
