MFK700 and Systainer lid cards

• Two quick questions:
  
  Does the MFK700 set systainer insert have room to hold both the zero degree base and the 1.5 base? If so do you happen to have a picture of where it goes? I've been trying to find a way to get it to fit other than just dropping it in but have not figured it out.
  
  I need to order a couple of lid cards for T-Loc systainers (MFK700 and OF1010) and can't seem to find them in the online parts list. Can somebody share the part numbers or a link?

It will only hold one of the horizontal bases.

I've been trying to find a way to get it to fit other than just dropping it in but have not figured it out.

I just put mine in front of the MFK when in the systainer.
Seems fine.
