Hello all
I'm always impressed with the ideas that are presented here on FOG. Whether simple or complex I've been the recipient of the knowledge you all share from time to time.
My idea is very simple but it works fine either as a temporary solution or a permanent one. I own a MFS 700.
Storing this tool is a pain in its original box I thought. I've seen a few very clever wooden boxes that a few of you have made but besides the weight of the MFS700 and the wood it become pretty heavy. Plus it kills me to build a beautiful box only to have it get beat up in the shop
I was looking for something sound and convenient without adding too much weight. I found an almost perfect tote for all the items associated with the MFS700. A 750 mm box from your Domino XL's. The long box is built pretty well and with a little Kizan type foam as dividers it works very well. This may not be a permanent solution but it gets the MFS out of the flimsy OEM box
