Tim’s plans?? Paid for them and never got!!! Anyone know how to contact someone to get what I paid for???

Good luck getting a reply from Tim.  There's another thread on the FOG where members are complaining about Tim's lack of response.

I don't understand why he can retain the "Retailer" badge in his profile when he hasn't visited the site since October 2019 and is blowing off customers.

Better contact the credit card issuer or PayPal to get a refund.
