Two complete and one basic...but one of the complete tables is at my home and the other two at my cottage.

I have a MFT/3 complete, 1080 and a 800.

With plans on adding one or two more MFT basics.   Funny how a table with a bunch of holes can be so appealing.

Eric

I agree...at first they just seem like a fancy bench or table that appears gimmicky...but man, once you use it you understand -- it is my most used Festool of the bunch since it gets used on 100% of my projects.  I have used three of them in the Festool user classes and at the Festool Road School last week seeing Allen manipulate two of them to build the dining table was very appealing -- being able to reconfigure makes so much sense and I find that I need a handy place to stack parts while building...

Scot

I move both of mine around quite a bit to fit each project. I want a third because then the configuations would be endless

Im not going to post a bunch of photos, but picture this, with the Kapex MFT, set it in-between the 2 Mfts ad the mfts become your in-feed out feed table. now if you have 3 MFts and a Kapex MFT  imagine how you could set it up?

if you have a CMS the MFT 3's are the same height. once again the possibilities are endless, If you are working on wainscoting, think about the possibilities with that.

The CMS is the same height as the Kapex sitting on the Kapex MFT.T hink about that one.

And to further this, using two MFTs end-to-end you can rip longer boarders and then flip them side-by-side for glue-ups; three can be used to easily trim down sheet goods. You can set two up for your cross-cut station and then have one set up to collect parts; assembly, etc...  The fleixibility to adapt the work station to the project is one of the great things about using the MFTs.

Well just picked up another used MFT/3 in awesome shape so I got to change my vote!  [big grin]  Not a saw kerf in the top and a couple of quick clamps thrown in...
