The best place I've found to put the saw or router in between cuts on the MFT/3 where the extraction hose and power cable is the least nuisance is at the back of the table behind the fence.

Tools will not fall off this, it's not in some place where I could bump in to it, I can get a good few on there, the hose and cable are never in the way of anything anymore which I am absolutely delighted about, I think it looks neat and it's in otherwise dead space that might as well be used for something...

What is this hose sleeve type please ?

It's a tight fit on the 36mm hose but with the 27mm hose a plug-it cable could easily fit.
I'm sure the company would do a size that would fit the 36mm with a cable.

I think this sleeve is brilliant and I would highly recommend it as it doesn't catch on edges like the Festool hose does. I read about it here in a post by Roseland.

I spent about £40 and there was just enough for two 36mm hoses and a 27mm hose.

Buy it. It's brilliant.
