I’ve found some older posts on how to fix an MFT table levelling foot that doesn’t want to behave. Unfortunately the posts are so old the photos have disappeared. I have the problem of trying to turn the foot and have the adjustment stay stable. It took a strap wrench to get the rubber part of the foot to even turn. Then when adjustments were made the table just sunk back down with any amount of pressure applied. I’ve removed the rubber outer foot part. What are my options now for getting it working properly?

Take it off and remove all the grease.
I ended up taking both out and wiping everything down with a shop cloth (paper towel). The small adjustment I did finally manage to get out of it wasn’t sufficient to get the MFT/3 in-line with the attached extension table so I could slide a sheet of plywood across them both. I ended up turning down the levelling feet on the extension as far as they would go and sliding 6mm (1/4”) mdf under the two MFT feet on that side. I can still feel and hear a slight catch as I slide the plywood across the join, but it’s at least manageable now. I guess my floor is just really wonky 🤷‍♀️
