I thought I'd post a picture of my recent clamp sustainer that I made to give some a idea on what can be made to organize your clamps.
Not totally sure if some one already made this exact set up but here it is. (You'll need to use at least a sys 4 as the kapex clamp is too long.)
Also I understand that placing the clamps out side ways is more "aesthetically pleasing" but after I figured out it would take 3 sustainers to
get everything organized i figured this was the only configuration that could work.

( also I hid a pair of the element knobs in the middle of the foam if I ever need the second pair )

Nice idea , putting them in vertically  [thumbs up]

I'm assuming you used Kaizen foam and you said it was a SYS-4. How many layers of foam did you use and what were the thicknesses of each layer?

I used three 2" foam levels and one 1" foam level , I was able to get some large pieces from Lee Valley and cut them down. All together I only spent $20 on the foam.  I would recommend using a small paring knife as it works much better then a utility knife as I found a utility knife to be too wide and not long enough, ( good for some cuts  though )

You're completely screwed if Santa comes along and gives you another pair of quick clamps [wink]
