It's 2 pieces of architrave cut on a bandsaw with a screw through the hole that is in the guide rail to keep them together. Makes a nicer handle than the Festool guide rail deflector thing. Took less than 5 minutes to make.
I'm not saying this has any merit as a snag-free thing for the DE hose as in my view the hose and the extractor is best kept at the back of the worktable with the hose coming in from overhead.
It's just a nicer thingy to lift the guide rail up by.
