MFT Outfeed Table

I have just lowered the built-in bench at the end of my MFT set-up so it's about 60mm lower than the MFT worktop. This bench has a 42" x 96" top and is very useful when making lots of parts as I can push them from the MFT straight on to the bench and stack them 3 (in 18mm sheet) high. When I have 3 pieces here I push these back to the wall and then there's space for some more. Having this really speeds up production...

Where did you get the extrusion — the guide rail on the left?

The table extensions are fixed on to the MFT with a piece of 3"x2" held on with 3 x t-bolts. The top of the 3"x2" is 18mm lower than the MFT top and I leave this part on the MFT, then the table extension gets fixed to this with 3 x M6 bolts in to threaded inserts.

Where did you get the extrusion — the guide rail on the left?

The guide rail is a standard 1400 rail, so I assume you mean the fence - it is a standard MFT/3 fence that is held in place on the extension table with 3 x t-bolts in to an aluminium right angle section 40mm x 40mm.
