MFT replacement top for 2010 vintage table

I am looking to replace the top on my 2010 vintage MFT and am not sure if the current MFT/3 top will work.
Not sure if the current MFT is all that different from mine.

Consider making a new one yourself using the Parf Guide Mark ll system:

use the existing top as a dimension pattern.
You will have a useful tool for other handy hole patterns later.
