MFT Tops on EBAY

There is a listing on Ebay for MFT Tops CNC cut, Exact replacements or custom does anybody have any experience with this source?  The price is reasonable.

Not sure what the shipping cost would be on a top from Festool (might depend on the dealer) but the US price in EKAT is $134.19 not $165.00.

Yeah, it's not that great of deal.  $134.19 plus tax if you buy the Festool version locally vs. $118.66 including shipping for the eBay version.  A big $15.53 difference not counting tax.

To be more clear, Festool will be lowering the price to $134.19 very soon (it was originally $165).  I still don't see dealers offering the lower price as of this posting.

What grade of MDF are you purchasing through the EBay supplier?

Cheaper isn't always the way to go. YMMV.

I'd stay with Festool.

The price drop for the tops is awesome.

The $134 bucks is a lot more reasonable.

I might start cutting into mines now.
