Hello guys. This is my first post on this page. And I want to show you what I did to my mft3. I had extra rails from a previous project. So that's why this was easy for me to do instead of buying a 3rd table.

I decided to customized my mft3 and now its 20 inches longer.  Here is the link for the video on YouTube.
Now I'm able to use two mft3 and be able to cut L shape fillers at 9 ft long
I hope u enjoy the video

Now  I use this table just to clamp down material while I'm cutting. I don't need the holes perfect square. So if u do, pls use a better system or a Cnc machine to make sure the holes are perfect

I watched you vids on YouTube this morning thanks for making it. that is a great way to cut those sort of panels I really like the xl mft  hope to see more of your work on here

Oh and  [welcome]

Great idea for some extra length  .....I saw your vid and job set up when saskataper was on a job with you and posted. I too hope to see some of your projects.
Welcome.

[welcome] to the FOG.

Fantastic first post! I love projects that modify a product to get extra utility or new function versus 'stock'. Yours did just that - and quite nicely, might I add.

BTW, you really need to use your tools a little. That old top was hardly broken in!

Great video. Where did you get the festool rails. Are they available in Canada?

Yes u can order them thru your local dealer.  U can look for  Mft3 spare parts on the Festool page and u can find every single tool and parts for it.

This is the table I tried to build but it was to big and heavy to bring it with me. And the legs didn't work cause it was wider and longer. I took the idea from @granna_mark_och_service  (Instagram)
