Micro adjustable fence for CMS TS

How does one adjust the Festool micro fence (similiar style to Biesenmeyer) so it remains parallel to the saw blade?  There are two levers and one knob that clamp to the CMS table to prevent the fence from moving.  Anyone with suggestions?  Is this considered a desirable fence or should I look at another fence.

I lock the large knob first, tighten rear locking lever. Sometimes I tighten the micro adjust lever, sometimes I don't. I will tighten the micro adjust lever when I use the micro adjust.

Last week I had to install the fence backwards, blade right.
