My midi is about 4 years old, use it only for sanding. I have a 125 sander hooked up to it.
Used it today, and tried to use it again tonight and it will not turn on.
My sander is hooked up to it and that turned on just fine.
The midi will not turn on in manual or auto settings.
Thought the bag may be too full so i replaced that, but no dice.

Any thoughts?

I should mention that the hose is not clogged, I disconnected it and still would not turn on.

It's likely an issue with the switch. Give a call to our service department. They'll be able to help you diagnose the problem and get it resolved.  1-888-337-8600

Because you are out of warranty you may want to look at it yourself, if you are comfortable. Given the age of the vac (assumed usage) and the symptoms that the tool gets power but the vac motor will not run, the most likely (and easiest) cause is the motor brushes. (Or even easier, of course, would be the discovery of a broken wire or disconnected plug when you take it apart.) The carbon brushes are a wear item and will be consumed over time. If you are not comfortable taking things apart, then you probably should not attempt to replace them yourself.

The second cause is actually easier to repair, but more costly for parts; and that would be a failed control board. The control board is what controls power to the outlet and power to the motor. Even though the switch is separate on a CT Mini (it's integral on other vacs), I doubt that the switch could be the cause, as that would result in no power to either the outlet or the motor.
