So I have some Agualente primer and water based lacquer from way back when.  Have some built ins I need to spray ( Apollo 5 turbine). The Cambell had some seep through from the wood after a couple of years.  What do you guys use that you really like?  I’m using Birch plywood and poplar to build with.  I’d like a satin white finish.  Thank you!

I’m doing kitchen cabinet shaker doors using soft maple for rails and stiles, and MDF for panels.  I have a Fuji MM4 Platinum system, and experimented with Sherwin Williams Emerald, then BM Advance, and am now sold on General Finishes Enduro White Poly in satin.  This stuff is beautiful, and you can overcoat in 2 hours.  I’m using their white primer, which covers the dark brown MDF in one coat, but I’m doing 2 coats, then waiting 24 hours before using the poly.  This is all waterborne so cleanup is pretty easy.  The satin gives a nice soft finish.  My bride is very happy with the results.

Sounds good.  I may try that as well.  I found some info on a company called Renner while I was doing more research and they got pretty good reviews also; you can only order it online I believe.  Thanks for the info!
