Has anyone tried modifying an MFT to accept the CMS Router Table module? I like the idea of a significantly bigger workspace that an MFT would afford. Also, will the sliding fence work mate to an MFT/3 rail?
Not directly - the attachment screws for the sliding fence attach to screw holes that are located on extension pieces of metal (part # 476520 and 476521) on the MFT/3-VL and the CMS-GE below the rail. The locating notches probably will fit just fine though. You might be able to just get the corner pieces and screw them directly to an MFT/3 - don't know.
