I didn't use the vac sys much until I mounted it to the side of my bench, flush with the top. now it indispensable. I bought it at the same time as my Conturo. I had a large job with edge banding so I could justify the cost. I've even used it once when I cut a piece too short so I banded on 3mm edging to fix my mistake!

seeing how my 8020 MFT works with the woodpecker router jig and some Bessey track/table clamp

I am super interested. How big is your table? Do you have a cut list you want to share? I really want an 80/20 based assembly table but every time I try to build a cut list to order I give up lol

I'd recommend going through AluFab.  They help you with the design and cutlist, they are good about filling in parts that you didn't think of.  I did a few projects where i got all my parts and then realized I was missing a bunch of little things that I forgot about lol.  I'll post AluFab's website, you can email them direct from there or call them

I will have a blog post up on ToolGuyd shortly that starts with my frame design. It should give you some ideas :)
