My Festool man is gone

Sad day today. My local Festool expert, Jeff at Markham Industrial, has left. With the other dealers being a lot farther then just 10 minutes, I'm not looking forward to much longer drives. I will continue shopping there for other stuff, but with the staff there not being knowledgable, or interested, in Festool products, I will purchase all Festool products somewhere else.

Good luck with that. The average Festool user has more knowledge then 99%  of the people actually selling the tools. Almost all don't have any experience in the actual use of the tool except what they have been taught at Festool training. Use resources like this forum and buy where you want. I have shopped both sides of the border and find this is pretty well universal.
