My Kapex Stand came with wheel off. Help

My miter saw stand came with the wheels off.  So the Festool send me the kit for me to re-install it.  It seems that I need to push the metal ring with teeth into the axle to fix the wheel into its place.  But I am not sure how I can push the ring into the axle.  I tried to use a pipe, but the ring keeps sliding.  It seems that Festool may have a jig. 

Does anyone have an experience with it?

Hi,
Try using a socket - one that’s inner diameter slips over with enough clearance to the axle, and the outer diameter smaller than the locking ring.
I’d guess that a 12 point socket is better than a 6 point.

Place it level on the top of the axle end and tap it gently but firm as level as you can.
