That came out awesome!  Was the work predetermined for you or was that your design?

I'm not a big barrel ceiling fan, but that's just me!

The fourth photo is wicked awesome and right up my alley!  The only thing I question in that photo is why the window paneling didn't continue to the floor. Just curious!

The craftsmanship is excellent!

Keep up the awesome work and posting photos!!!

I had a basic meeting with the builder of what he wanted. But with that being said he trusts me and allows me to make any changes that I feel would work better. I agree the proportions on the window are all wrong. I should have made a much larger apron.

That's really cool that you have that type of relationship with the builder!

I have to be honest in saying that those details aren't things that 90% of people pick up on.

Like I said, the craftsmanship is fantastic!

That is very nice work. You made great use of the half wall area.

In the areas with the wood trim are you going to paint or stain the trim?

Some great looking projects.

Sounds like you have a great relationship with the builder.

I agree with Builder Bob on the window paneling. Also, to my eye (in the photo) the newl posts on the landing  look to heavy. I think they need to be smaller or extended to the floor.
You may want to take a look at Get Your House Right - Architectural elements to use & avoid to help with your designs.

Thanks for posting.
