My new 125 REQ. I’m disappointed

Picked this up Saturday because I needed something smaller than my 150s. So today at work I was on the job site and was in a tight area so decided to give the 125 a try. Had to use the included dust bag because I was in a tight space and didn’t have my ct26 on hand. After about 10 min the bottom or back of the cloth dust bag flew apart and I got dust everywhere!  I had high hopes for this little bag but it looks like it delaminated or something. The spring in the bag also popped out.  Tomorrow I will have the ct26 with me and move on.

How do I get this replaced. The retailer is a haul for me and I’ve only had it a day.  I have not even had time to register it.  I will say it was a crappy day after that happened.  Had to stop that task and move on because I was getting sawdust everywhere. 

Look forward to some guidance from Festool.

Thanks for the heads up Peter.  Tomorrow I will have the CT 26 with me. Sometimes I find it cumbersome and don’t want to drag it around...today lesson learned. Lol. I will say the new small SYS vac looks tempting. I’ll wait till th new hoses show up before I get it.
