[attachimg=3]Hi there, i am new to this forum.
Since  april i am a carpenter. Forgive My bad english  [tongue]

I made a MFT table with the 2m festool profiles. It's 2m by 1,22m.
I am stil waiting for my top sheet, my wood dealer is going to put the wholes in the MDF sheet with the CNC.

Welcome to the FOG!!

Looks like a great start on a very popular project, can't wait to see the results!!

Wow, that looks awesome!  Where were you able to get 2m rails from?  I made a similar size table, but was only able to use the rails from the MFT/3.

The long extrusions are available available overseas but are not available in North America.

Very nice bench, but I do think it's better to support the middle of the long rail to the wooden beam.
And maybe also support the wooden beam to the bottom as well.
I wish I had the space to make/use such a bench!
My space is limited to a MFT/3 together with the CMS-VL.

Nice MFT table! I wish we could get the longer extrusions here in the states!

I am going to put an extra support in the middle.
The table is a little bitt to big fot my workplace but i made it for the future when i have a real shop

A little off topic... is that a Shiba? We adopted a [former] champion Shiba last december.....

For those looking for extrusions there's a product called 80/20 that has very nice profiles that can work.  I;m not sure which sizes are the best, but there  are threads that discuss it.
