My new MFK-700 is missing the card that goes in the lid, how can i get one ?

Hello

I bought a brand new MFK 700 and i realized after browsing the FOG that mine is missing the picture card that goes in the LID.  
I live in Canada but the tool was purchased in USA. I sent an e-mail to Festool Canada about this issue but they never came back to me with this.
How can i get one ?

Shane  FYI I too got my MFK 700 set without the top carboard...I called and received one right away from service, but maybe this is more happening than not on this one tool, Just a thought

When did you get yours, Sal? Bidule bought his last summer according to the email I just received. I suspect it may have just been a single batch that may have been affected since this is the first I've heard of it.

Shane   just got it for Christmas....Got it from aTool Nut ,checked with them others they had did have them, Once it saw it missing called service and bingo I have one

I purchased mine last year and when I posted the same question on the FOG, I was told to call the service department.  When I spoke to the service department, all I got was, "sorry, but we don't have any left because the T-locs are coming out".   I was certainly bummed since it's the only systainer without the cardboard.  I hope you don't get the same S.O.L. I got last year.  As you can tell, the response I received did ruffle my feathers  [unsure]

Funny thing, I have been hesitate to buy any more tools from online retailers, because I'm afraid of getting an incomplete package.
