my pdc went crazy first i noticed that the light turned on by itself i turned it off and it came back on like this 3 times then i left the button pressed for a while and the PDC 18/4 started to work by itself, i was in a hurry so i removed the battery and since then it didn't work anymore

• Does anyone know how to reset the tool or what to do?

Some triage questions:

Is it a new machine?

When you say that it "started to work by itself," what exactly do you mean?  That it started running/turning without you pressing the trigger?

When you say that "since then it didn't work anymore", do you mean that you haven't reexperienced the problem since removing the battery (because it is now deprived of any power source), or that after putting a battery back in, it is no longer working at all?

if almost like the exorcist, it started to work without pulling the trigger it is new it has a year of use….  It doesn't work anymore, it doesn't turn on the light anymore or turn when you pull the trigger

Call Festool and ask for a Warranty claim.  If it's only a year old, you have plenty of time left to have it repaired.
