Hey all,
Was using my mft3 this week with a clamp in the front groove. The clamp wasn't tightened, just dangling out. I left it like that overnight, came out the next day to use it, took the clamp out and went to take off the guide rail support piece. It was completely jammed about half way through the factory stop and the end of the groove rail. I could not get it to budge, with a swift whack from a dead blow mallet it came off. Turns out something must have fallen or bumped into the front clamp and caused enough upward force to bend the ---- out of the front aluminum groove rail(not sure what the technical name is). Now for the mystery...Nothing was laying by the table that could that could of fallen and hit the clamp, causing the upward thrust. I cannot figure this one out. Anyone care to chime in? javascript:void(0);
Huh
