Hi Guys,
Im in need of a contractor that can do a small job for me, It is to build a niche around 8-10" deep above a fireplace (large fireplace and the flu looks to be far enough back to be well within code) roughly 30"x30" is the size that i need. This is for a specialized TV mount that is very deep and the client would like to minimize the amount of depth that is scene from the sides.
My client also has a bar the previous owner installed that he would like removed but cant find a contractor to even come out and take a look at it.
my guess is if they have the bar removed it would be roughly a weeks worth of work including the niche. He is in center city but is in a home, not a highrise.
